Project group A
Individual decision behavior: Formal models and experimental analysis
The common theme of these projects is their focus on the individual from a social psychology perspective. All of these projects concentrate primarily on the investigation of the cognitive processes that underlie human decision making. Their central methodological approach is the experiment. The goal of these projects is to provide a general framework of individuals' decision making processes that can be combined with projects that more directly address the economic behavior of individuals and institutions.
